We are currently seeking applicants for a Marketing Manager. You would be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing campaigns that promote Motivity Labs as well as our products and services. You would also play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. · Create marketing strategies that improve brand recognition, deliver consistent marketing messages, drive growth, and help attain business goals · Maintain and update Company Website and other Social Media Channels · Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads · Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings · Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing campaigns · Track performance of all marketing campaigns · Work with design teams to update all relevant collaterals · Perform Market research to understand trends

Job Skills (Applicant must have >70% of the skill set listed below)
▪ Proficiency in English language, reading and writing is mandatory, other languages are a plus
▪ Must be able to articulate and present information to client in both oral and written form, able to handle multiple tasks effectively and logically.
▪ Read and understand a Product Backlog and Software Requirements Document (SR / PRD).
▪ Prepare PRD and refine with clients
▪ Basic understanding of software development methodology
▪ Basic knowledge of services projects
▪ Experience managing agile project as a scrum master

▪ Not afraid to get hands-on and learn technologies
